ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Chloe Harrouche is skilled healthcare growth strategist, with experience spanning multiple touchpoints within the industry, Harrouche’s personal experience as a young survivor of breast cancer shaped her firsthand perspective of what patients want and need to feel supported in the primary care system. She most recently served as a Strategic Consultant for Fundacion CardioInfantil, where she formed a long-term partnership with the renowned Cleveland Clinic to build a future healthcare hub in Latin America. She previously held other management roles within the health sector, beginning her career in healthcare tech strategy at Deloitte Consulting and then going on to become Director of Development at myFace, a healthcare non-profit organization. Chloe is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science where she holds a degree in bioengineering and was elected valedictorian.
Lanby co-founder Tandice Urban previously attended Columbia Law School, where she developed a passion for health law & bioethics. She then pivoted to work in the hospitality industry at NYC-based membership club InHouse. Having navigated the complexities of the healthcare system in her early 20s due to an autoimmune issue, she aspired to translate the principles of hospitality into the healthcare context, where they were sorely missing. Customer service and user experience obsessed, Tandice is excited for The Lanby to set a new industry standard for healthcare hospitality.
ABOUT THE LANBY
The Lanby is a wellness-forward, hospitality-led primary care membership service in NYC. The Lanby takes a team approach to care, assigning members a Lead Physician (MD), Wellness Advisor (RD), and Concierge Manager, who work together to cover the three pillars of the patient journey: medicine, wellness, and “patient admin”. The all-inclusive monthly membership includes unlimited visits & chat, a personalized care plan, special access to vetted specialist referrals, on site lab work, programming, and more.
