Bianca Cefalo (Co-Founder & CEO): Bianca Cefalo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Space DOTS, a space environmental intelligence platform transforming how missions are designed and deployed. An astronautical engineer and TEDx speaker, she became the youngest Italian analyst on NASA/JPL’s InSight Mars Mission at 23. Over the past decade, she has led science and commercial spacecraft programs across NASA, ESA, DLR, and UKSA, and shaped next-generation satellite innovation at Airbus Defence and Space UK. She later served as Director of Aerospace and Defence at deeptech startup Carbice, where she drove 97% revenue growth in her first year.
James Sheppard-Alden (Co-Founder & CTO): James Sheppard-Alden is the Co-Founder and CTO of Space DOTS. A hardware engineer with deep expertise in spacecraft sensing systems, he previously worked at Airbus Defence and Space developing data acquisition technologies for space applications.
