ABOUT THE CO-FOUNDERS

Wendy Tsu (Co-Founder & Founding CEO): Wendy Tsu is the Co-Founder and founding CEO of Branch Care. She previously served as Partner at AlleyCorp, where she was the firm’s first partner and employee #3, helping scale the platform to over 200 employees and launching multiple focus areas, including a $100M healthcare initiative. Wendy has incubated and invested in companies such as Nomad Health, Transcend Therapeutics, and Diana Health, which have collectively raised hundreds of millions in capital. She is a graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Katie Jaxheimer Agarwal (Co-Founder & Founding COO): Katie Jaxheimer Agarwal is the Co-Founder and founding COO of Branch Care. She previously served as VP of Operations & Finance at Maven Clinic and VP of Health Operations and Strategic Initiatives at Cedar, where she was an early executive and helped scale both organizations to unicorn status. At Maven, she led care operations, finance, legal, and people teams; at Cedar, she built and scaled the client implementations function and led key strategic initiatives. She is a graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business.
