In 2021, Lisa launched Boss Beauties. The company is an extension of the same passion and goals she has championed for over a decade. Lisa’s mission to equip young women with mentorship programs has impacted thousands of high school and college-aged girls all over the world spanning across 15 countries and over 400 educational institutions. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, People, ELLE, on Bloomberg Live, and through Women@Apple a division of Apple’s Diversity Network Association.

Boss Beauties is a global web3 brand and NFT collection focused on female empowerment, mentorship, and community.
The first 10,000 Boss Beauties NFTs launched on September 25, 2021 becoming the first NFT collection featured in The New York Stock Exchange.
Boss Beauties was founded by Lisa Mayer, who for ten years has made it her mission to equip the next generation of women to design the life and career of their dreams through mentorship programs. Lisa’s work has had involvement from Apple and Verizon, as well as inspiring women mentors ranging from Olympians to leaders in fashion, entertainment, and tech.
Boss Beauties has done over $40M in trading volume since launch and has collaborated with Barbie, Rolling Stone, Hugo Boss, Marvel, Neiman Marcus, NASDAQ and the United Nations.
