Cindy Lincks is CEO and founder of Reachify, which she launched in May 2015 drawing on her diverse background in enterprise commerce. Cindy started on the software side, serving as an analyst at IBM, formerly Coremetrics, working with brands such as Williams-Sonoma, Macy’s and J.C. Penney. She then joined the agency side at Ogilvy and Mather in New York to perform analysis work for TD Ameritrade, Time Warner Cable, SAP and CPG brands. Cindy then joined the retail side as Director of Analytics and later VP of eCommerce. The challenges she faced in the software evaluation process for enterprise companies drove her to found Reachify, the authority for retail technology decisions.
