. . .

Our mission is to improve global health and activity rates by revolutionizing the fitness experience. While researching for Gixo, we were stunned to discover how little activity it took to see massive health benefits. We also asked tons and tons of people why they don’t exercise. There wasn’t a single person who questioned the idea that exercise is important. Instead they asked, “How do I make time for it?” and “Why does it have to suck so much?” We knew we could create something to solve those problems. Gixo is a mobile app that offers more than 180 live fitness classes for anyone and at all levels, every week.  Users can workout from home, the office, their neighborhood, or the great outdoors – essentially turning phones into virtual gyms. There is a variety of workouts – 15, 25 or 40-minute sessions – that range from cardio (like walking and running) to strength training (focusing on areas like core and glutes). Every class has great mixed music with an awesome live coach giving feedback and tracking your progress throughout the entire workout.
